CeBIT 2010: New product releases and mobile CRM
Clever add-ons for CAS genesisWorld, new industry-specific solutions and a new version of CAS PIA: the
German market leader in Customer Relationship Management for small and medium-sized enterprises is presenting an extensive range
of new products and features in collaboration with its partners Abacus Research AG, BFI GmbH, itdesign GmbH, Network Concept
GmbH and Pollak Software GmbH. Visit CAS Software AG and its partners from March 2 to 6 at this year's CeBIT, in hall 5, stand D48.
Over 25 percent growth in CRM solutions for SMEs
Strong growth in 2009 despite the financial crisis: CAS Software AG increased its sales by 25.3 percent
compared to the previous year. Moreover, 2009 also saw the workforce increase with 26 new members of staff and active sales
spread to a total of 24 countries. The Karlsruhe-based CRM specialist was especially pleased by two awards won in 2009: it
took first prize in the Benchmark TOP 100 "Innovation Management" category and was voted "Employer of the year" by TOP JOB.
An even more important achievement was that for the seventh time a CAS customer won the prestigious CRM Best Practice Award.
Building on these foundations, CAS Software AG is looking ahead to 2010 with optimism. The new product releases launching in the
first half of the year are forecast to help deliver growth of between 15 and 20 percent.
CAS Software AG now operating from four buildings
CAS operates from three buildings at the Karlsruhe Technology Park, and its flag is now also flying from a fourth: in Szeged, Hungary. The new center is the base for some 20 highly skilled specialists working on innovative CRM solutions, in close cooperation with the Karlsruhe headquarters.
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome our Hungarian colleagues most warmly into the CAS fold.
CAS Seminar in Austria: Strong sales based on mobile CRM
A seminar to be held on Mai 4, 2010 at the Museum of Modern Art (MUMOK) in Vienna will reveal how super-strength sales can be generated by mobile CRM. The participating partners EDV Wruhs IT Dienstleistungen GmbH, Merten Management GmbH and SOL4IT will be presenting valuable information on the art of efficient customer relationship management.
