In the 29th round of the TOP 100 competition, CAS Software once again impresses as a hotbed of ideas and innovation, making it one of the most innovative companies in the SME sector in 2022.
TOP 100 has been known as a renowned award for the most innovative SMEs for 25 years now, and has thus become the benchmark of innovation management in Germany. The companies are selected by asking a fundamental question; are its innovations a product of chance, or have they been systematically planned and thus fit for the future?
CAS Software shines with new innovation
The competition also looks at whether and how new products and product improvements are gaining acceptance on the market. CAS Software sets new milestones with the further development of classic customer relationship management into CRM + AIA® (Augmented Intelligence Assistants) as well as innovative product configurators and much more, thus demonstrating the future-oriented thinking and entrepreneurial actions of the entire CAS team. Maintaining and guaranteeing the digital freedom and digital sovereignty of companies forms the basis. Innovation management at CAS Software AG is driven by this, and the need to help companies meet the challenges of constantly changing requirements and relationships in today’s digital world.
Scientific selection procedure decides
On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the comparison, all competition participants undergo a scientific selection process. Innovation researcher, Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team examined CAS Software on the basis of more than 100 innovation indicators from five categories: Innovation-promoting Top Management, Innovative Climate, Innovative Processes and Organization, External Orientation/Open Innovation and Innovation Success. "The most innovative medium-sized companies receive the seal. It shows that they are excellently equipped to meet future challenges," explains Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, the scientific director of TOP 100.
On June 24, 2022, the top innovators of the 2022 cohort will come together in Frankfurt am Main for the festive awards ceremony - when the winners of the individual categories will be chosen.
