Customers give best marks to CAS Software in CRM study

Once again, CAS Software has attained a top result in the newly published "CRM in practice 2021/22" satisfaction survey by Trovarit AG in cooperation with techconsult GmbH. CAS Software shines with above-average top marks, especially in aspects that are of great importance for medium-sized companies.

As the marketing-leading German CRM specialist for SMEs, CAS Software has garnered an A rating with an overall grade of 1.73 and, thus, secures the leading spot among CRM solutions for small- and medium-sized companies.

In almost all evaluation aspects, CAS Software was able to improve with its CRM + AIA solution CAS genesisWorld compared to the previous study period 2019/2020. Especially the solution's customizability/flexibility, functionality, mobile usability, and SME-compatibility resulted in its positive evaluation.

Customers value personal relationships
According to the survey results, CAS Software AG is one of the providers who - by themselves or supported by their implementing partners - maintain a very intense and personal relationship with their customers. The exceptional results in the newly included categories, such as "Support/hotline" and "Consulting, project management, implementation", speak for themselves: CAS Software provides the ideal basis for successful customer relationship management resulting in outstanding overall customer satisfaction.

Mobile CRM gains significance through the mobile office
The impact of the Corona pandemic on the survey results compared to the previous study are clearly noticeable. Satisfaction criteria such as, for example, mobility gain further significance. The survey’s participants have rated even this aspect of mobile usability especially positively for the CAS genesisWorld CRM.

Strengthened for the future
Even though the investment behavior of many companies has posed a challenge during the past few months in general, most surveyed participants saw CRM as a part of the digital future. About 56 percent of companies currently plan to invest in their CRM infrastructure. 21 percent of the projects focus on the modernization of CRM solutions in particular. 9 percent of the projects are a first investment in a CRM software.

Good to know about the study
CAS Software has participated in the independent "CRM in practice" CRM satisfaction study for the sixth time in a row. More than 500 CRM users were surveyed on their CRM experiences during the latest run of the study. Within the scope of the study, the market analysts of Trovarit AG and techconsult GmbH shed light on the benefits of CRM deployment. In the process, the challenges of CRM introduction and operation were also comprehensively examined.
