Walter Knoll wins CRM Best Practice Award
A special award for a special company: We congratulate Walter Knoll AG & Co. KG on their CRM Best Practice Award – and on their exemplary relationship management. This longstanding company based in Herrenberg in south west Germany has achieved great success in its business of fitting out hotels, corporate offices and museums worldwide, as well as serving the high-end private customer sector.
"People engage in 'relationships' with furniture, so inspiration in collaboration with architects, planners, specialist retailers and customers is key to the successful realization of projects in the high-end segment," reports Klaus Rentschler, who as CFO initiated and supervised the CRM project.
The jury was particularly impressed by Walter Knoll's progression from classic customer relationship management toward international-scale xRM-Anything relationship management – so much, in fact, that the company's advance to the final round at the CRM Summit in Würzburg became a virtual inevitability. And their clearly stated ambitions for the future further boosted their cause: "Our aim is to map all our relationships even more transparently and openly using CRM and xRM, so as to benefit our customers and project partners," asserted Head of Marketing Markus Winning on receiving the award.
A role model for all businesses
Walter Knoll AG & Co. KG focuses closely on the quality of each individual relationship, while paying due attention to the diversity of the various relationship levels. That has made the upgrading of its CRM to xRM a beacon project, serving as a role model for all businesses. "We congratulate our customer: Walter Knoll and project partner itdesign GmbH in Tübingen most warmly on this success," commented CAS CEO Martin Hubschneider.
Walter Knoll AG is the eleventh CAS customer to win the CRM Best Practice Award.
